The very heart of the plan of salvation is the Sanctuary services with Christ as our High Priest. By a study of the Tabernacle in the wilderness and its rituals, we can learn of the work of Jesus after His Ascension to heaven and in particular His work in the Most Holy place after 1844. In the last chapter of the Bible we are told that Christ brings His rewards with Him to give every man as his work shall be. That means there must be an investigative judgment work prior to His Second Coming in order for Him to know who gets rewarded.
Dr. Hardinge has made a life-time study of the subject and is well qualified to write such a book as this to help you understand our wonderful High Priest and His work.
Leslie Hardinge graduated from Newbold College in England. For several years he pastored in England, Scotland, and Southern California. He picked up his B.A. at La Sierra College. He then took up teaching and taught a La Sierra, Union, Washington Missionary, Newbold, and Pacific Union Colleges. After a five year stint as pastor of a large church in California, he and Mrs. Hardinge accepted an urgent invitation for him to act as President/Dean of the SDA Theological Seminary in the Philippines.
Dr. Hardinge has written 14 books, edited 4 others, and compiled three books of Ellen G. White material.
